Customers may consent to receiving updates about Garden Care and it's services, by sigining up for the 'Yahoo' Garden Care group, selecting the check box in the Garden Care advice forum or by otherwise contacting Garden Care to register their interest. Customers may, at any time, request to have their details removed from Garden Care mailing lists.

Information storage and removal.

• Garden Care, attempts to the best of its abilities, not to store personal information in electronic databases or by other electronic means which may be obtained by criminal means (i.e. 'hacking' of Garden Care's computer by third parties, when connected to the internet.)
  
  

• Customers may, at any time obtain a copy of the information held about them (for a small administration fee to cover costs incurred).
